we are screwed either way.. look at it this way.. it is easier to trash the president for his failures rather than defend him. At least you do not have to defend Romney when things are the same four years from now..
This countries problems are bigger than the president.. Our society is a mess and everybody walks around with this sense of entitlement.. Does not matter who is in charge..

Happy 2015!
I hear you.. and that got me thinking.. The sitting presidents throughout my adulthood have been Reagan, HW Bush, Clinton, W and Obama. I think the only one that really did anything to affect me personally was HW Bush when he cut the military budget and froze all the re-enlistment bonus'. Being a young kid that really fried me so rather than re-up, I got out which turned out to be the biggest mistake I have ever made..
Other than that I really can't complain. Through 3 presidents my standard of living has not really changed. I have a job and I get a raise every year, health insurance, a roof over my head and food in my pantry.
So when we go to the polls what are we really voting for.. Are we voting for a person or a party? The republicans and some of their moral ideas really bother me.. I am not a fan of gay marriage or abortion but who am I to judge? I don't like social programs either.. A hand up is one thing, a handout is something completely different... Obamacare?? Not even sure what that is. I have heard a few different proposals about healthcare but I never once heard anybody question the cost of healthcare? What are we going to do about that? I don't want free health insurance however I dont want to pay $185 just to get my ears cleaned out either..
and what about taxes? seems to me both parties point the finger at each other about taxing and spending, yet they both do it all the time..
so I want to have some intelligent dialogue here.. We have some pretty staunch republicans here and I am curious as to what your reasons are for not liking Obama.. Whats he done or not done that presidents before him have.. mind you I am not flaming here because I do not consider myself Republican or Democrat, just curious as to your thoughts is all..
