I've seen that article, I don't think its that new. The date on it is Jan. 12th!

But it DOES portray Justin as quite the jerk, eh?

Yeah, yeah, new schmoo.

However, one thing I didn't pick up first time around is that it mentions the tour is supposed to start in May, and that he would be allowed to travel.
