He's officially resigned power! I never thought I would see this day. I thought he would die before he resigned, but I guess I was wrong.

From his resignation letter:

"This is not my farewell to you. My only wish is to fight as a soldier in the battle of ideas. I shall continue to write under the heading of 'Reflections by comrade Fidel.' It will be just another weapon you can count on. Perhaps my voice will be heard. I shall be careful."

I assume power has been transferred to his brother.

What's the "careful" part as in "I shall be careful" Curious.
He's been care-less all this time, why careful now?
