No prob!!! Just got another letter from him to, he was in the hospital on Thurs!!! He had gotten dehydrated & over-heated on the firing range. He said he had been drinking lots of water, but he collapsed. He had to be wrapped in an ice blanket, & an iv stuck into him etc. He had to spend the night in the hospital, took them 6 hours just to see him. I know ER's are bad, but man that sounds like a new record to me. Anyway he was on bed rest for 2 days, hes pissed cuz he missed his PT test. But he says he is fine now, & will not be delayed or anything.

Man, I dehydrated one day last Summer doing a outdoor building electrical service.
I drank water before I went to bed the night before, all day during the
job, along with 3 PowerAdes - and STILL got heat cramps - I sweated so
bad.
I would say I was lucky to catch myself dehydrating during the cramps,
but they were in all of my calf muscles and totally unbearable.
I'll NEVER do that again.

Well the visit was very nice, he has changed, but not too much. He is now at his training post in MD.
