Hey guys. I know I've been kinda scare about these parts for a bit. My computer was down and with me being busy getting the motorhome, my house, and the family ready for me to take Dusti to her state tournament I didn't use my phone's browser to come here much.

Got the computer back yesterday, but my mom has taken a serious turn. (For those of you who don't know about my mom, she has lung cancer and emphysema both.)

The doctor thinks the problem may be the morphine that she is taking for the pain depressing her breathing and that causing other problems. The doctor is ordering hospice to come out and evaluate my mom.

For now, I am staying at my folk's house (a mile from my own home) indefinitely. My step-dad has emphysema as well and is in no shape to care for Mom. Dusti is going to her tournament with a close friend of mine whose daughter is playing in the 14-U state tournament, held at the same place Dove's 12-U team is playing.

I may be in here some, but right now I don't much feel like posting. I think you all understand.

Hospice just called and the nurse should be here sometime this afternoon.

I'm beginning to wonder if mom will still be here....

It'll be a miracle if she pulls out of t his. I just hope that Dove gets home from the state softball tournament and Bear gets home from camp before she goes. And while she is still able to interact with people.

Hospice left recently. They will be back about 8 tomorrow morning.

My mom is tired of fighting and wants to just go "home" now. The pain and the feeling of suffocating is just too much when she knows that she is going to a place where she will be fine again. She has asked those praying to pray that G-d will just let her go now.

She asked for my permission to go and for forgiveness for asking. I gave her the permission and told her she need not ask forgiveness for that.

My step-dad has told her she can't go, though. *sigh*
