The "SECOND American Revolution" started in Massachusetts. Just like
the first one in 1773!

It's too much to try to explain here, but it's just the beginning, and the
whole country thanks the people of Massachusetts for stepping up and
taking their Senate seat back after 40-something years!

The most profound thing about it is....

If it happened in Massachusetts - the most democrat-controlled state in
the U.S....it can happen ANYWHERE in the U.S. now, and the democrats
(and some republicans that went along with the democrat agenda) are
now scared sh*tless and fearing for their political careers.

Gotcha, and as it should be, a government should be afraid of its people.

Saw a bumper sticker last night that I almost went off the road laughing at:

Recall Deval - Together We Can!

(Deval Patrick is our governor...and he's done a less than satisfactory job)

Not mine, but I agree.
AMERICA NEEDS A PRESIDENT LIKE AUSTRALIA

Don't know if this is true or not. Don't care. But it applies to all IMMIGRANTS EVERYWHERE. NOT JUST MUSLIMS, MEXICANS, ASIANS Can take heed too. I was in a new Lowe's in Helena, Montana this last weekend. Every sign in there was in English and Spanish Including all huge overhead signs. Say what?

Prime Minister Kevin Rudd - Australia
Muslims who want to live under Islamic Sharia law were told on Wednesday to get out of Australia , as the government targeted radicals in a bid to head off potential terror attacks.

Separately, Howard angered some Australian Muslims on Wednesday by saying he supported spy agencies monitoring the nation's mosques.
Quote: 'IMMIGRANTS, NOT AUSTRALIANS, MUST ADAPT. Take It Or Leave It. I am tired of this nation worrying about whether we are offending some individual or their culture. Since the terrorist attacks on Bali , we have experienced a surge in patriotism by the majority of Australians'.

'This culture has been developed over two centuries of struggles, trials and victories by millions of men and women who have sought freedom'. 'We speak mainly ENGLISH, not Spanish, Lebanese, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Russian, or any other language. Therefore, if you wish to become part of our society . Learn the language!'

'Most Australians believe in God. This is not some Christian, right wing, political push, but a fact, because Christian men and women, on Christian principles, founded this nation, and this is clearly documented. It is certainly appropriate to display it on the walls of our schools. If God offends you, then I suggest you consider another part of the world as your new home, because God is part of our culture.'

'We will accept your beliefs, and will not question why. All we ask is that you accept ours, and live in harmony and peaceful enjoyment with us.'

'This is OUR COUNTRY, OUR LAND, and OUR LIFESTYLE, and we will allow you every opportunity to enjoy all this. But once you are done complaining, whining, and griping about Our Flag, Our Pledge, Our Christian beliefs, or Our Way of Life, I highly encourage you take advantage of one other great Australian freedom,

'THE RIGHT TO LEAVE'.'

'If you aren't happy here then LEAVE. We didn't force you to come here. You asked to be here. So accept the country YOU accepted.'

Remember the guy who got on a plane with a bomb built into his shoe and tried to light it?

Did you know his trial is over? Did you know he was sentenced? Did you see/hear
any of the judge's comments on TV or Radio?

Didn't think so. Very few people do know!!!

Everyone should hear what the judge had to say. *Ruling by Judge William Young, US District Court.*

Prior to sentencing, the Judge asked the defendant if he had anything to say. His response: After admitting his guilt to the court for the record, Reid also admitted his 'allegiance to Osama bin Laden, to Islam, and to the religion of Allah,' defiantly stating, 'I think I will not apologize for my actions,' and told the court 'I am at war with your country.'

Judge Young then delivered the statement quoted below:

January 30, 2003, United States vs.. Reid.

Judge Young: 'Mr. Richard C. Reid, hearken now to the sentence the Court
imposes upon you.

On counts 1, 5 and 6 the Court sentences you to life in prison in the custody of the United States Attorney General. On counts 2, 3, 4 and 7, the Court sentences you to 20 years in prison on each count, the sentence on each count to run consecutively. (That's 80 years.)

On count 8 the Court sentences you to the mandatory 30 years again, to be served consecutively to the 80 years just imposed. The Court imposes upon you for each of the eight counts a fine of $250,000 that's an aggregate fine of $2 million. The Court accepts the government's recommendation with respect to restitution and orders restitution in the amount of $298..17 to Andre Bousquet and $5,784 to American Airlines.

The Court imposes upon you an $800 special assessment. The Court imposes upon you five years supervised release simply because the law requires it.. But the life sentences are real life sentences so I need go no further.

This is the sentence that is provided for by our statutes. It is a fair and
just sentence. It is a righteous sentence.

Now, let me explain this to you. We are not afraid of you or any of your terrorist co-conspirators, Mr. Reid. We are Americans. We have been through the fire before. There is too much war talk here and I say that to everyone with the utmost respect. Here in this court, we deal with individuals as individuals and care for individuals as individuals. As human beings, we reach out for justice.

You are not an enemy combatant. You are a terrorist. You are not a soldier in any war. You are a terrorist. To give you that reference, to call you a soldier, gives you far too much stature. Whether the officers of government do it or your attorney does it, or if you think you are a soldier, you are not ----- you are a terrorist. And we do not negotiate with terrorists. We do not meet with terrorists. We do not sign documents with terrorists. We hunt them down one by one and bring them to justice.

So war talk is way out of line in this court. You are a big fellow But you are not that big. You're no warrior. I've known warriors. You are a terrorist. A species of criminal that is guilty of multiple attempted murders. In a very real sense, State Trooper Santiago had it right when you first were taken off that plane and into custody and you wondered where the press and the TV crews were, and he said: 'You're no big deal.'

You are no big deal.

What your able counsel and what the equally able United States attorneys have
grappled with and what I have as honestly as I know how tried to grapple with, is why you did something so horrific. What was it that led you here to this courtroom today?

I have listened respectfully to what you have to say. And I ask you to search your heart and ask yourself what sort of unfathomable hate led you to do what you are guilty and admit you are guilty of doing? And, I have an answer for you. It may not satisfy you, but as I search this entire record, it comes as close to understanding as I know.

It seems to me you hate the one thing that to us is most precious. You hate our
freedom. Our individual freedom. Our individual freedom to live as we choose, to come and go as we choose, to believe or not believe as we individually choose. Here, in this society, the very wind carries freedom. It carries it everywhere from sea to shining sea. It is because we prize individual freedom so much that you are here in this beautiful courtroom, so that everyone can see, truly see, that justice is administered fairly, individually, and discretely. It is for freedom's sake that your lawyers are striving so vigorously on your behalf, have filed appeals, will go on in their representation of you before other judges.

We Americans are all about freedom. Because we all know that the way we treat
you, Mr. Reid, is the measure of our own liberties. Make no mistake though. It is yet true that we will bear any burden; pay any price, to Preserve our freedoms. Look around this courtroom. Mark it well. The world is not going to long remember what you or I say here. The day after tomorrow, it will be forgotten, but this, however, will long endure.

Here in this courtroom and courtrooms all across America , the American people
will gather to see that justice, individual justice, justice, not war, individual justice is in fact being done. The very President of the United States through his officers will have to come into courtrooms and lay out evidence on which specific matters can be judged and juries of citizens will gather to sit and judge that evidence democratically, to mold and shape and refine our sense of justice.

See that flag, Mr. Reid? That's the flag of the United States of America . That flag will fly there long after this is all forgotten. That flag stands for freedom. And it always will.

Mr. Custody Officer. Stand him down.

So, how much of this Judge's comments did we hear on our TV sets? We need more judges like Judge Young. Pass this around. Everyone should and needs to hear what this fine judge had to say. Powerful words that strike home.

The latest telephone poll taken by the Arizona Governor's office asked
whether people who live in Arizona think illegal immigration is a serious
problem.

29% responded, "Yes, it is a serious problem."

71% responded, "No es un problema serio."

After being interviewed by the school's administration, a prospective
American public school teacher said:

"Let me see if I've got this right...."

"You want me to go into that room with all those kids, correct their
disruptive behavior, observe them for signs of abuse, monitor their dress
habits, censor their t-shirt messages, and instill in them a love for
learning....
"

"You want me to check their backpacks for weapons, wage war on drugs
and sexually transmitted diseases, and raise their sense of self-esteem
and personal pride
...."

"You want me to teach them patriotism and good citizenship,
sportsmanship and fair play, how to register to vote, balance a
checkbook, and apply for a job
...."

"You want me to check their heads for lice, recognize signs of antisocial
behavior, and make sure that they all pass the final exams
...."

"You also want me to provide them with an equal education regardless of
their handicaps and communicate regularly with their parents in English,
Spanish or any other language, by letter, telephone, newsletter and
report card.
...."

"You want me to do all this with a piece of chalk, a blackboard, a bulletin
board, a few books, a big smile, and a starting salary that qualifies me
for food stamps
...."

"You want me to do all this - and then you tell me - I CAN'T PRAY?" :?

"We have no government armed with power capable of contending with
human passion unbridled by morality and religion. Avarice, ambition,
revenge ... would break the strongest cords of our Constitution as a
whale goes through a net. Our Constitution was made only for a moral
and religious people. It is wholly inadequate for the government of any
other
."
- John Adams

Perhaps this is why the first goal of progressives, statists, communists,
socialists, etc. is, first and foremost, to destroy our religion.

A Preparation for Memorial Day

Let us not forget what Memorial Day is all about.

(HINT: It has nothing to do with the first day of swimming pools opening.)

It is the VETERAN, not the preacher,
who has given us freedom of religion.

It is the VETERAN, not the reporter,
who has given us freedom of the press.

It is the VETERAN, not the poet,
who has given us freedom of speech.

It is the VETERAN, not the campus organizer,
who has given us freedom to assemble.

It is the VETERAN, not the lawyer,
who has given us the right to a fair trial.

It is the VETERAN, not the politician,
who has given us the right to vote.

It is the VETERAN who salutes the Flag.

It is the VETERAN who serves under the Flag.

ETERNAL REST GRANT THEM O LORD,
AND LET PERPETUAL LIGHT SHINE UPON THEM.
Don't start none...won't be none.

From the L. A. Times
1. 40% of all workers in L. A. County (L.A. County has 10.2 million people) are working for cash and not paying taxes.
This is because they are predominantly illegal immigrants working without a green card.
2. 95% of warrants for murder in Los Angeles are for illegal aliens.
3. 75% of people on the most wanted list in Los Angeles are illegal aliens.
4. Over 2/3 of all births in Los Angeles County are to illegal alien Mexicans on Medi-Cal, whose births were paid for by taxpayers.
5. Nearly 35% of all inmates in California detention centers are Mexican nationals here illegally.
6. Over 300,000 illegal aliens in Los Angeles County are living in garages.
7... The FBI reports half of all gang members in Los Angeles are most likely illegal aliens from south of the border.
8 Nearly 60% of all occupants of HUD properties are illegal.
9 21-radio stations in L. A. are Spanish speaking.
10. In L. A. County 5.1, million people speak English, and 3.9 million speak Spanish. (There are 10.2 million people in L.A. County.)

(All 10 of the above facts were published in the Los Angeles Times)

Less than 2% of illegal aliens are picking our crops, but 29% are on welfare. Over 70% of the United States' annual population growth (and over 90% of California, Florida, and New York) results from immigration. 29% of inmates in federal prisons are illegal aliens.

Windfall Tax on Retirement Income

Adding a tax to your retirement is simply another way of saying to the American people, you're so darn stupid that we're going to keep doing this until we drain every cent from you. That's what the Speaker of the House is saying. Read below...............

Nancy Pelosi wants a Windfall Tax on Retirement Income. In other words tax what you have made by investing toward your retirement. This woman is a nut case! You aren't going to believe this.

Madam speaker Nancy Pelosi wants to put a Windfall Tax on all stock market profits (including Retirement fund, 401K and Mutual Funds!

Alas, it is true - all to help the 12 Million Illegal Immigrants and other unemployed Minorities!

This woman is frightening.

She quotes...' We need to work toward the goal of equalizing income, (didn't Marx say something like this?), in our country and at the same time limiting the amount the rich can invest.' (I am not rich, are you?)

When asked how these new tax dollars would be spent, she replied:

'We need to raise the standard of living of our poor, unemployed and minorities. For example, we have an estimated 12 million illegal immigrants in our country who need our help along with millions of unemployed minorities. Stock market windfall profits taxes could go a long way to guarantee these people the standard of living they would like to have as 'Americans'.'

(Read that quote again and again and let it sink in.) 'Lower your retirement, give it to others who have not worked as you have for it'.

This lady is out of her mind and she is the speaker of the house!

The Fundamental Difference Between California and Texas:

California

The Governor of California is jogging with his dog along a nature trail.

A coyote jumps out and attacks his dog....

#1. Governor starts to intervene, reflects upon the movie "Bambi" and
then realizes he should stop, as the coyote is only doing what is natural.

#2. He calls animal control. Animal control captures coyote and spends
$200 testing it for diseases and $500 upon relocating it.

#3. He calls veterinarian. Vet collects dead dog and spends $200 testing it
for diseases.

#4. Governor goes to hospital and spends $3,500 getting checked for
diseases from the coyote and on getting bite wound bandaged.

#5. Running trail gets shut down for 6 months while wildlife services
conduct a $100,000 survey to make sure the area is clear of dangerous
animals.

#6. Governor spends $50,000 of state funds implementing a "Coyote
Awareness Program" for residents of the area.

#7. State legislature spends $2 million investigating how to better handle
rabies and how to possibly eradicate the disease.

#8. Governor's security agent is fired (for not stopping the attack and for
letting the Governor intervene).

#9. $75,000 spent to train new security agent.

#10. PETA protests the coyote relocation and files suit against the state.

Texas:

The Governor of Texas is jogging with his dog along a nature trail.

A coyote jumps out and attacks his dog....

#1. Governor shoots coyote and keeps jogging.

#2. Governor spends $0.50 on a .45 ACP hollow point cartridge.

#3. Buzzards eat dead coyote.

Any wonder why California is broke????
