Sammy and Chad were at the Orbit Room jamming with Alex Saturday night the 23rd, three days before Mike and I were there for drinks! Just missed 'em!

I'm an avowed RHCP FREAK, so I gotta disagree there. For such aWalkinghairball wrote: He never really impressed me with his RHCP work, but I never really liked the band so I never gave them too much ear time.
I must give him a look/listen.
small kit, Smith pounds the shit out of it.
He reminds me of Stan Lynch (ex-drummer, Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers)
He played a small kit too, but he played a HUGE bass kick and had a
really fat sound.
I can hear the "Bonzo effect" with Smith.
Sweet.
