1. Listening to new albums from 'a perfect circle' and 'Placebo'
2. Reading Terry Pratchett's 'Going Postal' and 'Night Watch'
3. Watching 'The Simpsons'
4. Eating wholesome stews
5. Drinking ridiculous amounts of coffee
6. Working my ass off
7. Thinking about the wife
8. Smoking too much pot
9. Downloading 'Anchorman' and 'Boo and Zino' movies
10. Lamenting the loss of my sanity

This week I've:

1) Been listening to a lot od Sweet and Slade
2) Watching the episodes of Lost the wife has downloaded
3) Making sure I read my son and daughter a bedtime story every night
4) Done some work on my Rush site
5) Finally started writing again
6) Sulking because I sliced the end of my finger open and I can't play my guitar until it heals
7) Like Ogg, been on a Terry Pratchett kick - only I've read Men at Arms, Going Postal, Feet of Clay, Good Omens and am halfway through Soul Music.
8) Got very bored at work.

1. Listening to Rush, Live, and Journey and revisiting my 80s hair band cds
2. Reading Travelling Music, finally
3. Watching my Red Sox in the World Series
4. Eating lots of pizza and m&ms, peanut of course
5. Drinking Celestial Seasonings herbal tea
6. Working at the job as usual, clicking "yes" and "no" (ugh...)
7. Thinking about how much I am wanting this chapter of my life OVER and want to get on with the next
8. Smoking too many cigarettes, landed in the hospital with another asthma attack
9. Downloading nothing. My 11 year old takes care of all that crap.
10. Lamenting my health, the need to quit the smokes (don't WANT to!), not being able to do for someone all I want to be able to do.

10. Lamenting the fact that the wife and I can't afford to go to the Second london Film and Comic Con

1. Listening to ... Rush and stuff Ogg has been sending me.
2. Reading ... Invoices. Back to work after vacation.
3. Watching ... My little girl getting bigger.
4. Eating ... Still not so much red meat. Still losing the weight.
5. Drinking ... Gentleman Jack Daniels, and Jagermeister.
6. Working ... Just got back and I wanna go postal already.
7. Thinking ... I might win the lottery, if I would just play the lottery.
8. Smoking ... Anything that will fuggin burn.
9. Downloading ... I've only done that once, and it wasn't good, so I will say that I am a downloading virgin.
10. Lamenting ... The fact that I am powerless to change the world around me when my life is so fugged up.

2. Reading our local newspaper and shaking my head at our race
3. Watching an okay movie with my husband
4. Eating even though H didn't make me
5. Drinking lots of mochas and water
6. Working on gedding this new computer all set up the way I want it
7. Thinking about friends going th rough shaving cream and praying for them
8. Smoking nothing cuz I quit over 15 years ago! YAY!
9. Downloading some songs from friends
10. Lamenting that I often can't do more for people I love than pray

I remember watching in amazement as Geddy sang, played bass, and played the keyboards with his feet. I thought, "Who is this guy???"

The wound is on the very tip of the finger running from the nail (there's actually a small nick in the nail). Its narrow (about the width of a 9 gauge top E) and very deep. I was half asleep preparing my lunch for work and the bread knife slipped and went into my finger.

As a accident prone member of an accident family I must confess its not that painful compared to dropping a 3X12 Speaker Cab on my foot from out of the back of a Ford Transit Van or being sprayed over the shoulder with red hot fat.
