Three beasts are mentioned. The devil himself is also referred to as a great dragon:

The great dragon was thrown down, that ancient serpent, who is called the Devil and Satan, the deceiver of the whole world--he was thrown down to the earth, and his angels were thrown down with him

Then John talks about a beast that rises out of the sea with ten horns and seven heads.

The the third beast beast he mentions, the one with the 666 mark, looks to be a man, one who will lead people into worshiping the "first beast", or Satan.

another beast that rose out of the earth; it had two horns like a lamb and it spoke like a dragon. It exercises all the authority of the first beast on its behalf, and it makes the earth and its inhabitants worship the first beast

I remember hearing about how Ronald Regan was the beast. After all, his names all have six letters! LOL

I think it is funny how so many people who put no creedence in the Bible make a big deal of things like 666! I mean, if they don't believe in the Bible, they should all be acting like Schu. And, really, if you do believe in the Bible, we should be acting like Schu because the number has nothing to do with a day anyway.

So.....

does this mean I need to start drinking? *wink*
